I know, let’s take their drivers license. That’ll get them …… driving with no insurance and more likely to run rather than stop
almost as smart as letting them continue to drive after demonstrating the poor impulse control that got them in trouble in the first place.
roadside executions? lop off a finger every time they’re caught? a whole bunch of bad ideas, but letting them continue to terrorize the world doesn’t seem like a smart tract…
maybe better public transportation and give em a bus pass
