There was an accident were a Polish automotive journalist crashed a Ferrari he was test driving. He was going something like 200km/h in a city, lost control and hit a concrete column. The passenger died*. The media was full of people praising automotive journalists for a couple of days with idiot comments like “it’s such a dangerous job. imagine you’re test driving a supercar on a mountain road. how can you resist going fast?”. For fuck’s sake…
*The driver had a serious brain damage (as a result of the accident, not sure about before it) and spend some time in a coma. When he woke up he become sort of a celebrity. Never went to prison or anything.
