    definitely AI, so many people are dependant on it, and it even shows that it degrades peoples education as well. ruinings peoples future career/layoffs too.

    Believing they’re well informed because they absorb just enough information to make a value judgement. The more you train yourself to process the world in that half-assed way, the more you’ll run your life like that.

    Eating the vast majority of food found in supermarkets.

    Aside from raw veggies and plain cuts of meat, about 80% of any food you can buy from any kind of store is classified as “highly processed”, and is therefore complicit in obesity, endocrine disruption, Type 2 diabetes, dementia, and a whole host of health issues that were rare in ancient times.

    And yes, pretty much all “healthy” foods are also considered “highly processed”.
