Wow. I ran out of space in that comment, but one more thing I wanted to say. I haven’t talked to speak of about Stable Diffusion and DALL-E (even after including them in my definition of “Generative AI”). (I guess I should also say that probably Soma qualifies as “Gnerative AI”.)
But the short version of why I think those are a scam is because everybody hates everything that comes out of them. Hell, my YouTube-shorts-addicted mother has even been more and more boycotting AI content.
