    Drenching your food in spices or sauces before even tasting it. That simply is an insult to anyone cooking. Nothing wrong with it afterwards, everyones taste is different. Exception:when the cook themselves tell you they forgot to add salt.

      I don’t forget to add salt, but I don’t like salt nearly as much as other people seem to, so when we have guests over for dinner, we warn them that the food is lightly salted and provide various condiments at the table to add salt.
