Mimosa just exposes how most champagne/sparkling wine that most people are familiar with just sucks already.

If it didn’t, you wouldn’t mask it’s great taste with orange juice.

Good champagne/sparkling wine doesn’t need that. What bars put in mimosa is the cheap crap that no one should drink in the first place.
