We don’t get many climate positive news but this definitely is:

… the decision could also lead to significant legal difficulty for the recently approved Hunter Valley Operations extension – the largest coal project in NSW.
Always be weary of taking on retirees in lawfare. These people may have literally nothing else to do but fight you.
