With 1st world economies going to shit, would this not have a trickle down effect (reaganomics style) to 3rd world countries? Resulting in more unstable countries and regions?

I mean the U.S is literally stealing Venezuela oil, let aside trump abducting the Venezuelan leader in fucking daylight.

So i think this is a live example of the trickle down effect you aksed about, a first world economy and a third world Latino country
