    Yes but also it seems kinda foolish to have something like that connected to the internet at all. I can see some use cases for wanting centralized visibility on infrastructure like freezers but what is the situation they would need to be shut off remotely?

      Agreed. Foolish setup, no need to be networked except maybe monitoring, should be one-way data casting at most.
