I was originally going to ask how many legal genders there should be, but I fail to see a compelling argument against 0.

So it says my eyes are green… when they are not. That’s about as correct as my gender designation. You have to think of the poor cops who don’t know more than 4 colours. Can’t scare them too much with challenging nuance and facts.
