But I would say it’s unreasonable to say you’re still in France, you left France and stayed out of it for the majority of the trip

You can fly a passenger plane at full speed in a straight line for 10 hours and still be in France.
I assume this is referring to French Guiana. You can say you start in France and end in France. But I would say it’s unreasonable to say you’re still in France, you left France and stayed out of it for the majority of the trip
