Filmer finds car with post-its on the plates, removes it, looks up the records for the plate, sees a bunch of infractions, later the owner of the car comes up and the filmer yells at him for having their plate covered and speeding in school zones, then there’s a montage of him removing coverings from a bunch of other plates
Gen Z actually consumes video ravenously. Gen Z is largely why everything is a damn video now. Obviously this is a generalization, but it is an observed generational trend.
The cameraman exposes someone who put sticky notes over part of their front and back license plates and then calls out the driver of the car when the driver confronts the cameraman for removing the sticky notes. The cameraman highlights to the driver his dangerous history of speeding, including in school zones.
The ending of the video shows other instances of people doing things to conceal their license plate like crumpling the sides of the plate, putting tape over, or scratching off the paint so the letters aren’t legible, etc.
I feel like those cameras should have pairs pulled together and if entrance and exit don’t match - then double it and pass the fine to them in the mail.
TL;DW?

TYVM!
Thanks for taking the time to explain it rather than yell at me.

Fuck the driver. He deserves to get “narc’d” on, before he kills some kid.
Eh, I lost any sympathy I may have had at “speeding in school zones.”
With a tall Escalade. The sort that’s hard to see kids in front of them.
A driver in New York City covered his license plate with tape.
Dude it’s literally 1 minute and 15 seconds…
I’m not in a position to listen to a video.
Especially when it only needs less than a dozen words in a sentence to get the same information across.
The very least that OP could have done is include a summary in text.
Did you somehow not read the title? That summarizes the video quite perfectly.
Sounds way too long compared to a simple text writeup.
The title of the post…
Gen Z ain’t got that kinda time or attention span.

Some people can’t fucking hear. So listening to a video without any kind of CC is impossible.
Your post says “tl;dw” not “what are they saying? I’m not able to hear the video due to reasons”
There’s a pretty big difference here
