    If I had a nickel for every patient whose psychiatric symptoms all but completely resolved after ripping their own tooth out of their own mouth with their bare fingers, I’d have two nickels, but it’s weird that it happened twice.

      I guess having a constant source of infection close to your brain is not good for it.
