Not hatred, the Palestinian Authority is essentially an Israeli puppet “state”. The Palestinian Authority can’t be trusted indeed, but for exactly the opposite of the reason you’d expect. They haven’t done anything significant to further the Palestinian cause in decades.
If no one is in charge then he’s in charge.
