don’t put things back or away where they are supposed to go when I’m done with them and move on to the next activity or room

Designate an empty corner as a random shit corner. Toss a deflated aero bed and an unused laptop bag over there, more will come. Trust the process. Keep a blanket on the couch. Never make your bed. Tissues will eventually make their way to the trash. No need to get up. Always take home leftovers and never eat them.
