Today, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) sent letters to Adobe, Alphabet, Amazon, Anthropic PBC, Apple, Cohere, International Business Machines Corp., Inflection AI, Meta, Microsoft, Nvidia, Open AI, Palantir Technologies, Salesforce, Scale AI, and Stability AI seeking all documents and communications with the Biden-Harris Administration related to content moderation and suppression as the Committee conducts oversight of how and to what extent the executive branch coerced or colluded with artificial intelligence (AI) companies and other intermediaries to censor lawful speech.
Is this the same House GOP pressuring universities to expel students for protesting and pushing police to arrest and imprison protesters? That House GOP?
And to absolutely nobody’s surprise, Twitter was NOT asked to testify about their long and proven censorship of content when Trump or Musk are called out for direct lies in favor of the Trump campaign, and hiding content in favor of Biden/Harris. But noooo, this administration would never use the justice department for retribution. /s
I wish it was just the SCOTUS that was corrupt and bogus. This all three branches thing is bumming me out.
