Are exchange offers still a thing?

I’ve been thinking of upgrading camera from A6000 to A6700. Surprisingly there are no exchange offers anywhere where I’m from (India).

Which doesn’t make sense because whenever I’m looking for smartphone, most places have option to exchange old phone for new one.

I’m trying to avoid the hassle of bargaining and haggling. Trying to keep it straight forward. Give me new camera, take my old one, tell me how much to pay. Done.
