The video was removed but I saw it before he took it down. In the video he turned to the dog and said “I’m pregnant.” And the dog looked pretty shocked by that.

The only shocking thing to me is how many Hexbears are dumb enough to think Hasan shocked his dog
I think that Hasan killed his dog and had her revived using Juche Necromancy.
I love when members of a leftist forum take the word of a genocidal facist at face value when they are smearing the ( like it or not ) biggest leftist voice in America, and immediately jump in on a smear campaign without doing any investigation.
Some folks here are just itching to say “I told you so” about anyone they think is a lib, warranted or otherwise.
Alright I’m a Hexbear, and a vegan, I also have trouble navigating these things, and social situatons in general. I want to support Hasan but this one I’m having trouble with. You seem very confident in your position, so you seem like a good person to ask this.
Please help me understand how Hasan isn’t an animal abuser, or if he is, how it isn’t a problem. I’m trying to look at the evidence myself and the conclusion I’ve come to is very different from the conclusion you’ve come to, and it’s not because I spent more time on LSF or something because I don’t go to reddit and I’ve never cared what H3 or Sexpestiny have had to say.
cannot prove a negative, the burden is on you to present evidence that he is
Just replying to you here since my other comment covers what you’ve replied with. Sorry if that’s rude, I’m trying not to be rude.
I don’t know if he’s an animal abuser or not, but he didn’t shock his dog. Anyone who has ever had a dog can easily know the dog just did something silly and hurt herself probably because she was startled by Hasan moving to reach for something
I’m sorry, I made a foolish error when commenting because I was on my way out the door and didn’t give enough time to the details, so let me back up.
This is obviously a smear campaign by Isn’trael and the “I hate Hasan” club, I get that. It’s being astroturfed and boosted, yes. When I saw the initial clip I thought immediately “Oh she hurt herself, my dog has done shit like that. Bad timing is all.” And when Hasan came out and said that I thought “Exactly, nothing more to be said about this.”
And then Hasan went on stream a day later, and to prove his point showed the camera Kaya’s collar, which to my surprise, was just a shock collar with the prongs removed. When I say evidence I mean I’ve been keeping track of it cause I have Hasan’s youtube channel playing in my ear while I’m at work cause I’m a sicko and that’s how I like to hear about current events, and when he showed the collar the first thing I did was go look for the model online. There’s a retailer that sells them and they don’t offer a vibration only model in that chassis, and as far as I can tell, they never have. I know I’m not the only person who did that, so I assumed other hexbears would be operating under the same info that I am, which is my bad.
All that is to say I don’t know if he shocked her on stream, but the collar he showed is like 99% definitely a shock collar, which you don’t put on a dog unless you’re shocking them. It has no prongs on camera, cause you can just take them out.
Obviously I’ve seen other things out there that I can handwave as unprovable, or outright fake, or just a non-issue, in the name of solidarity, for example Hasan is notorious for eating a lot of meat, and doing so on stream. There’s a level of “any port in a storm” for me, which is the case for a lot of vegans I think. It’s really the one thing that blows it all up for me. If someone happens to find that vibration only collar with the same chassis as the one he showed on stream, that’s what I am looking for and have been unable to find.
Just for reference this is a screengrab I just took from the upload Hasan put on his YouTube channel of him showing the collar, I really wish he had just shown it closer to the camera cause anything he shows now could easily be bought and shipped in the time that has passed since the seventh.
This is the collar that looks the most like the one Hasan showed on stream, if you just took the prongs out, which you can do. Theres a a few of them that look like this, all shock collars.
That company only makes one collar that is vibrate only and it’s this:
I haven’t been able to find a vibrate only collar that looks like the one he showed, but I’ll be ecstatic if someone does cause I want to be able to support Hasan. I honestly would have been willing to accept Hasan saying “This is a shock collar but I dont use the shock feature, I just use the vibrate function, that’s why I have taken the prongs out, as you can see here.”
I don’t know, I like animals more than people, hell I like bugs more than people, so it’s hard to be chill about stuff like this for me and I wish it just weren’t something I had to think about.
I actually have similar concerns as you do, thanks for bringing it up and presenting the pictures.
Looking at the pictures, to me they actually look like the same chassis, but different camera angles, and the belt is rolled up. Can you point out the difference you’re seeing?
Here is Hasan holding the collar, with a rectangular led indicator on the side.
Here is the shock version
Here is the vibration only collar with much more rounded corners on the LED indicator
Here is a shot of an unboxing video of the vibration model on the store page of the item
Here’s another screenshot from the clip with a better angle, threw a high pass filter on part of it to show what kinda looks like black tape over where the prongs would normally be.
Ah okay, I don’t have a strong view on it still, but at least I’m seeing what you’re seeing, thanks
Watching the way he talked about and showed it on steam was a little sus to me if he really wanted to debunk it. It leaves room for reasonable suspicion.
If it is a shock collar, I still doubt he was activating it in the clip; the behavior doesn’t really track to me
Maybe I’m parasocially/parapolitically blinded idk
The only real way for him to completely cast off all doubt is to show the receipt of when he bought the collar and give us the model number of the collar. The receipt will have a timestamp, and searching for the model number on Amazon will let everyone know exactly what type of collar it is.
And the first thing these people will do, is say how easy it is to photoshop a receipt.
There’s no evidence he could present that would not be explained away.
The only way to end this debate, is for Hassan to invite destiny and Ethan Klein into his home, personally convince the two of them, and furthermore convince them (and the dozens of dramaslop tubers orbiting them) it is in their best interest to go against the rabid clamoring of their fan bases.
I have done no research, I don’t care to dig up models of shock collar, I’m not so invested in streamer drama that I’m going to spend countless hours arguing about what may or may not have happened.
I treat treat accusations that Hassan Parker abuses his dog, the same way that I treat claims of “authoritarianism” by the US state department.
from my understanding, shock collars aren’t meant to hurt, just be a little discomforting. like licking a 9-volt battery i’ve heard. that said i don’t really understand how hasan piker is “any port in a storm” tbh. he’s funny if you’re not sober but his politics are dogshit by left-wing standards. which sucks for a political streamer. sorry for the rant but i guess i just don’t get why he’s so popular on hexbear dot net
I’ve listened to a fair portion of his yapping, and there’s very little he’s said that wouldn’t fit in on Hexbear imo. He would be closer to the less vocal DemSoc/electoral wing of the site, but to me it’s quite obvious he’s drawing off the same material as everyone else here, and he talks about mainstream American electoralism because that’s what draws an audience. He’s constantly talking up China and the PSL, it comes up like every day, not to mention he is strictly anti-zionist even when holding those principles have harmed him and people around him.
“Dogshit” is quite an overstatement, tbh.
This is not to say that his views are a carbon copy of mine, or anyone else’s.
idk i tend to judge leftists’ politics on whether they exclusively adopt policy that would help them, logical contradictions be damned. in hasan’s case as an american man that would be “equally distribute the spoils of imperialism” and “make brothels great again”. the same is true for a large portion of his core audience, if i’m not mistaken. maybe dogshit is an overstatement but idk. i watch clips sometimes and i just don’t see the appeal. he’s funny but not as funny as cumtown or whatever, and i don’t think i can learn anything from him. maybe i need to watch again just to see what’s up
It would be ridiculous to suggest that you or anyone get would gain anything from Hasan, morning won’t with “not seeing it” for yourself.
The benefit is that because he tails this site (which is our is adjacent to your core community), he is useful for pipelining certain people (pro-palestine liberals) toward democratic socialism. Once they think of themselves as socialists, you can call them shitty socialists who need to do more to develop a decolonial mindset. I suggest watching his content with this in mind, so you can tell someone “yeah I don’t agree with everything Hasan says (from the left ofc, but they don’t need to know that), but he’s in the right direction most of the time” and if they bother to tune in, he’s doing a bunch of the work for you.
i see. i guess that makes sense. still, i have to wonder if his views on sex work are helpful or not

All carnists are animal abusers, it’s really not surprising that someone willing to pay people to kill because eating a corpse is pleasurable would use pain for enforcing compliance.
Most pet ownership is abusive, choke collars are popular.
Idk why people try find heroes in internet celebs
Personally I like the idea of someone out there acting as an alternative for young people who might otherwise funnel into some alt right pipeline. People don’t read much, and they gotta get good information from somewhere.
I can’t argue with the rest of that, all good points.
