European governments have been accused of fuelling Vladimir Putin’s war in Ukraine as new data shows the Kremlin earned an estimated €7.2bn (£6.2bn) last year from exporting its liquefied natural gas (LNG) to the EU.

    When were those LNG contracts between Russia and European countries signed and what is their expiry date? That is the important information that is missing from the guardian report.

      The correct way to approach this would be to stop our dependency on fossile fuels. Producing energy from renewable sourced locally is the way to go.
