    It has nothing to do with due process. News media will never do that until there is a conviction because it opens them up to lawsuits. Even with the nearly impossible bar for defamation that public figures have.

    Lawsuits are expensive, even if you’re right. Especially when they come from a serial bullshit artist that drags them out for eternity like Trump.

      Even after they’re convicted, they usually say “convicted rapist” or whatever too. If it’s for the sake of honesty, I appreciate it. Sometimes I’m certain it’s to soften the language for the benefit of the accused though.

      Then start a lawsuit. Have them prove he DIDNT do it. It’s pretty fucking apparent. Slander is not absolute, make him take you to court over it you fucking pussies
