minus-squareJohnEdwa@sopuli.xyzlinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up2·edit-27 hours agoMicrosoft did as well - 8.1 still had ESU support, and as Server 2008 R2 had paid extended support and as it shared a kernel with Vista & 7 you could use those to keep your system updated as well. IIRC both ended January this year.
Honestly surprised to learn that they were still supporting 7-8.1 until now.
