Decent pay is way more common than a decent social environment, tragically.
The last year at my first job was amazing because of how many cool people there were to hang out with. I was sad it was over. I’ve never had that experience since.
Maybe one day I can have both!
That is true. I really hope you can have that kind of experience again. 🫂 We don’t really find these types of workplaces these days. I know if I found a job with a very toxic work environment I would be out of there quickly. I’d probably fall into autistic burnout afterwards.
