I don’t care about alcohol but I am intrigued what that would look like.
On touristic areas, you can generally order wine in restaurant. But they bring the bottle into a black bag and put it on the ground, under the table.
You can also buy beer on some shop, but same, they ask you to hide it in bag and not drink it in the street.
But on more rural area, they might ask you to leave if you bring alcohol in public place.
