    ending Europe’s pharma powerhouse era

    Ending? Only now? COVID has shown that we a) have precious little capacity left in Europe and b) are mostly reliant on base materials from China and India to keep said capacities running.

    *US’s Biden IRA succeeds in backstabbing the EU partners in hijacking local industry after bribing CEOs to move operations to the US while creating a war that plunges the EU into one of the greatest energy crisis in its history.

    That’s the accurate version of the message in that BS headline.

    Also, European CEOs moving operations to India and China at the expense of local industry should be executed by firing squad.

      I’d argue it started with the Cold War when Europe was split in half by the Iron Curtain.

      Compared to that, this is a minor setback that can and should be fixed.

      Let this motivate you to act rather than push you into despair.
