Why is anyone in Russia bemused that Russian civilians get killed while conducting war against their neighbour, that’s an unserious position to take, they are at least partially responsible for this, as this Russian points out.

You’re saying all the Russians should be killed to prevent others from being killed, therefore it’s okay for Ukraine to hit an oil refinery which is gong to kill civilians.
