I wanted to give this it’s own thread. USA clearly engaging in history revisionism. Putin is clearly no Communist, but anyone claiming he invaded Ukraine for no reason and wants to invade his neighbors have drunk the CIA propaganda Flavoraid. These claims are easily certifiable with minimum search efforts.

How many times did the USA promise Russia no NATO creep? So yes, considering these false promises, they certainly do. Look at what Israel is doing to its neighbors with US funding and support. Surely they wouldn’t do the same to Russia! 🤡🤢

You have no values and would support Israel if their target was an American puppet. Conquering a neighbor is not progressive. Stop, end of sentence, that’s all you need to know. Or do you think America was in the right when they blockaded Cuba for allying with the USSR?
There may be realpolitik analyses of empire that can convince people preemptive aggression to protect your national interests is good, but it’s not fucking progressive. You have no real principles, you only care about whatever opposes America. Go make a sub about that and you and your sad friends can rile each other up about how it’s actually cool and progressive if China conquers Taiwan and Japan for being allied with America. It’s all the same tankie bullshit.
Of course I support Cuba. Long before I supported Russia. Back when I thought liberals stood for democracy. Prove anything wrong, rather than throwing what you consider insults. Show aggression done by Russia post Reagan.
Btw, it was Jimmy Carter who affirmed the One China Policy, Japan attacked USA, China and it was RUSSIA who brought them under control. USA dropped nukes for no reason. The only state, so far, to use nukes.
