Looking at the map, it looks like your best option besides car or train would be by water. If you’re willing to go a long distance and brave the pollution, you’d only have to do a very short swamp traverse to reach the edge of the parking lot.

But this is truly not walkable. It’s basically an island in the swamp and every road in is a multi-lane freeway.
