It’s not Mézga Csálad, too early for that. Also, all of them have human main characters and no talking pigs AFAIK (although some Bolki i Lolki episodes do feature cops).
I found a piece of shit Czechoslovak TV program on YouTube and wanted to link to this comment to point the German uploader who took great lengths to subtitle it to other bizarre stuff, and I needed to edit it a bit.
