You dig up all the various forms of dino juice, then bury it in your own backyard in case you need it later. You take out massive loans to dig it up and store it, but then when you need it years later it’s worth so much more you can make a profit. Kinda like investment housing, really.

No, you misunderstand.
You dig up all the various forms of dino juice, then bury it in your own backyard in case you need it later.
You take out massive loans to dig it up and store it, but then when you need it years later it’s worth so much more you can make a profit.
Kinda like investment housing, really.
