The thing is they’re lying to themselves. If they actually thought that you could replace all humans with AI they’d have already done it, as it currently is it’s only a few companies that are transitioning a few jobs over to AI. eeery company that’s tried to replace their entire workforce has dramatically failed.
If my bosses want to replace me with AI I will gladly take the severance, and then the job are back in 6 months with twice the salary.
I’m holding out hope for you that this’ll be the case and they won’t just hire an intern to look over the generated results and say ‘yeah that looks alright’
