I mean, do you think there are good and positive things in the world. If yes, do you occasionally talk about them? Assuming those factual realities are negative, is it the only thing you talk about? No. everything has benefits and costs. nothing is purely positive or negative.
plus people have different perspectives. what i find positive for myself, others see as a negative thing about me. Like I am proud of how I grew up, others often use my background to dismiss and mock me and think it makes me a horrible human being.
