One of the way he achieved that was by buying up contracts for high-speed rail projects and then not building them, or turning them into an entirely different car-centric thing (like his tunnel in vegas). Elon Musk didn’t SUDDENLY become a piece of shit when Trump was elected, he took advantage of that fact to be a bigger piece of shit.
