This is one of Swedens national dishes, and I’m both surprised and disappointed no one seems to have mentioned that yet and that it isn’t among the top comments.
It’s called a “Hel special” (whole special) and it’s literally just this with balls of mashed potatoes and other toppings. Here are some photos:
