You’re right. Btw, I read a comment from you a while back endorsing .ml analyses as valid and sound, where you also noted you get frequently dv’d there, and some other things. I want you to know that we may not always agree, but I think you’re basically alright. Iirc, my main issue is relegating women to be subservient to men.

Having been reared in Western Christianity, in late primary through secondary school years, cult evangelism, it’s something I was also taught. But there was a lot in the protestent Bible translations that made no sense, and I went back to Jewish teachings (Jesus was a Jew, after all) and Christian and Jewish mysticism, that led to a different understanding of the word English speakers call “rib.” That’s an entirely different topic and I’m about to try to sleep, but we can discuss it elsewhere, possibly over the weekend, if you wish, but it’s a bank holiday weekend and Monday, I have to work and my elderly parent would also like a little 3D time, so it also may not happen this weekend. I haven’t seen enough of your other posts to have an informed opinion, I just want you to know I don’t see you as an inherently bad person. I’m also have a bent toward agnostic Monism, so I’ll forwarn you that appropriate boundaries will probably be mutually beneficial.

Let’s have a chat/be friends, Maeve. And you’re in the area too, how fun! At the very least we’ll have a chat on the same timezone, lol. And regarding women… trust me if I thought or felt anything like it my wife would beat me up. 😅👍

(All it says in the Qur’an is that men have a “degree of responsibility above women”, which is what I have experienced in my life since I either often have to make decisions for/convince several female family members their decisions are right. It is what it is, but subservient? I’m the one subservient to them! I’m always on the clock and ready to manage stuff, lol.)

Wow, I wildly misunderstood some of your posts, then! I would like to consider ourselves friends. I’d very much like that, indeed. I’m not sure if I’m in your area, but it’s a fun contemplation! And who knows, if we are in the area, perhaps I could meet your lovely wife!

My lovely wife is socially anxious but if we’re ever meeting up IRL she’ll have/want to be there as well, for everyone’s peace of mind, haha. I shot you a PM, reply whenever, I know it’s late and you have your responsibilities. Take care, Maeve, ttyl. 👋

Interestingly, I was notified of the PM before the public reply, lol. We are already very much in agreement with boundaries. I think you may be mistaken about our proximity, however. Goodnight, my friend. May you and your family be happy and well.
