Its a bit confusing to me at first. Expectation: left eye goes to right hemisphere, right eye goes to left hemisphere. Reality: left eye output goes to both hemisphere, right eye goes to both hemispheres.
Yeah I thought everybody knew that. I thought they were saying the same thing twice - the distinction between eye and retina in this context is irrelevant. I just finally realized that the OP meant to say that they go to opposite hemispheres instead of the same side hemispheres. They weren’t clear, with the way they wrote it.

i’m very curious how your brain works, did you look at the images in the article?
Well you see half of the images goes to one side of the brain…
