    Title being “teen”, I thought he’d be 13 for something that dumb. That dude is an adult in French law.

      You do know where that word comes from, right? Thirteen, fourteen, and so on? That unsurprisingly includes nineteen as well - a teen is someone between the ages of 13 to 19.

        Yes M. Pedantic, I know where the word teenager comes from. It is a technically true title that makes the headline more click grabby so it sounds like a kid got arrested. It is also true that he’s legally an adult where he comes from and at 19 you should know better.

          He is someone who thinks filming himself licking straws and putting them back is a fantastic idea. He is definitely a teen.
