It might surprise you (pleasantly or horrifically lol) to learn that there’s a large group of people specifically doing one meal a day (referred to as OMAD) as a form of hardcore intermediate fasting.
That being said, they make sure they get the proper amount of calories/macros in for this (they’re not just eating a slice of bread and butter), so I understand that you’re not referring to this style of eating.
It’s yet another type of intermittent fasting. I bet it’s good for some people, but honestly: if you have access to affordable nutritionists: ask one and see if it would be good for your body type.
