They would lose me, if I had an alternative. In my neighborhood it’s cable or 1mbps DSL. Neighborhoods across the street to the east and west both have nice and cheap fiber but my neighborhood is older than one and less affluent than the other.

Still very worth setting up. I have a node that runs in my attic, and a few that I can take around with me. I can get good single most anywhere in my neighborhood, and I have enough nodes nearby that I can pretty much communicate with people all over the metro area (I’m in the twin cities).

I’ve got 30tb or so made up of 4 and 10tb used drives. All I’ll buy anymore. In fact, I need to change out of of my parity drives. Hopefully used market is still somewhat affordable.

I mean, the reason is that it’s one of the main ingredients of mirepoix, and most people don’t find it offensive. It’s one of those background flavors that you don’t pick out, but is part of the typical base.

Celery is genuinely one of my favorite parts of soups that use them. I LOVE the flavor or celery, and it is even better when it picks up the rest of the flavors of the dish.
