The wringing of hands and waiting on “officials” has only proven one thing; this current regime doesn’t care about “law” - just power and the ability to inflict damage.

It has also proven another thing: that the current system of law is nowhere near robust enough to avoid or even minimize such abuses from those in positions of power.

It’s not malfunctioning and in need of repairs and adjustments. It’s working EXACTLY as intended by those designing and controlling it.

Direct action and other forms of resistance needs to have the goal of replacing the entire system and the people in charge of it, not just returning to a more lawful and orderly version of how everything was done in 1992 like Clintonite Democrats want.
