I am almost entirely hairless from my neck down and have a full head of hair and the last time my testosterone was tested it was at 1332 when the scale typically tops out at 1100.
I’m in my mid 30s.
You might have androgen insensitivity syndrome, I do not think that I do, as I have recently started growing facial hair. It’s just been a very long and slow process for me.
I had some issues, so I got it tested, and it turns out I’m 0.1 above the threshold for men to get HRT. The absolute lowest “normal” range for men, so they can’t legally help me 😂
For some reason my beard is epic though. Shame I hate having a beard, was planning to get it lasered off. The cosmetic surgeon looked like I suggested killing a puppy and tried to talk me out of it. It’s my face, I don’t care if everyone else likes it prickly and uncomfortable
Standing in line to eat the same food, giving your all to protect/help your comrades when they are vulnerable and can’t fight for themselves, uniforms, sacrificing your individuality for the greater good.
The serious response I have is that the end-goal matters. It doesn’t seem like screening for a medical condition that involves hormones is automatically gender-affirming.
Isn’t this Gender affirming care? /s
It’s a bunch of men about to find out that testosterone isn’t that important, or about to become very neurotic and insecure about it.
Personally I think we should also test their blood flow responses when shown certain images, and do Kinsey scale testing as well.
Really shock them with some self-knowledge and hate for governments overstepping their boundaries.
I am almost entirely hairless below my neck and have a full head of hair in my mid 40s.
I am probably on the low end of the testosterone scale.
I’m also 5’6".
I never let it stop me from being an absolute horn dog and doing pretty darn well if I do say so myself.
Me t…
… Never mind.
Happiness is the goal
Everything else is nonsense

My mate once waxed his beard. It was painful, hilarious and patchy in equal measures.
$100 on neurotic and insecure!
Here come the testosterone patches and injections … a tear or two later testicular measurements are made mandatory…
At what point will they realize they’re obsessing over something?
the military already covered care for testosterone deficiency as part of its free healthcare
usually it involves symptoms of those deficiencies though.
That’s socialism!?!

Every Army ever is communism.
The US military is the most socialist organization in that country.

No, no. Just announcing the policy makes Pete feel more like a man’s manly man.
Screening? No not really; but they’re giving TRT to soldiers who aren’t at their peak.
So it’s gender-affirming care.
Completely unsarcastically, yes. So are the “Full Mast Men’s Mega Growth XXL Hormone Treatment” ads you see everywhere
