Microsoft’s revenue was $300 Billion last year. They have unlimited ressources.

So why is Windows still worse than Linux ?

    Because ease of use and simplicity go a long way.

    Its about mass appeal, not quality.

    Normal people dont want to have to know CLI

    The fact that you cant use Linux without at least some form of understanding of CLI is why it will never supersede windows.

      Pretty much. That’s why Mac OS has such a cult following with non tech people. It’s simple, intuitive, does everything for you, and everything “just works” even if you’re paying top dollar for it.
