    Heatwaves in London are strange. You see a few people outside in light sweaters. It’s like they don’t know what to do. It’s like they don’t own t-shirts

      I always wear long sleeved shirts, because I burn very quickly and don’t want skin cancer and I really dislike applying sunscreen all the time.

        Same, but when it’s 30c+ outside there’s a huge difference between us going out wearing long sleeved linen shirts and light trousers, and the handful of people I always end up seeing (at least!) wearing puffer jackets and wooly hats.
