I typically go with 20%, but that’s just a guess.

    I checked the places near me and yeah a normal-ass haircut STARTS at $50, many places get very close to literally charging 80 bucks for a standard haircut.

    $30 bucks maybe gets you a children’s haircut, here. Maybe.

          Heh. Username checks out! I didn’t think to look at that.

          That boggles my mind. Especially since I’m in a high-cost of living part of Canada and my price is in Canadian dollars (which are worth less than American dollars, which tends to be the internet standard for “$”).

          Then again, our prices don’t include tips…but ~$30 (in CAD) is what I pay including a ~20% tip

            yeah it’s kind of insane that people still get haircuts, let alone that so many barbershops exist. People complain about cost of living and not affording food and then blow 80 bucks on getting someone to cut their hair…
