No, but at that scale you already should have converted your Windows servers to VMs and then it just becomes a question of which applications are portable now and which ones only need you to talk to your vendors about future Linux support. For the internal applications, you should have a Disaster Recovery program that can be used to get the source code centralized into a set of git repositories and a single developer would be able to transition them to becoming more portable and “more compatible with future standards” to help the business avoid future maintenance problems and potentially temporarily losing access to them if an upstream vendor were to make a breaking change.

Just estimated support costs alone are enough to move any business.
Set future standards and start moving towards that direction and pay people to do the work.
