The tracking is happening on your mobile phone. That’s where mobile apps go.
It sees where you go when you don’t have a car.
It sees what public transit you use.
It sees how all sorts of habits are altered without a car.
They will probably find new ways to A/B test the shit out of you too. I’d rather test new medications for cash than be a part of unregulated behavior studies ran by psychopaths.
for 600 I would make the exchange. uninstalled right away of course.
- Buy a project car that doesn’t run
- Park it in your driveway while you work on it
- Use government money to buy the parts
Its limited to 2000 households during this 5 week pilot program. You pre-register and only those selected are offered the money. Its doubtful they would pick you if the car you propose using is a non-working project car.
Okay, take a car that is running and make it a project car.
