    Actually, I think the main issue is the getting rid of them part. There’s billions of them, they’re small and they reproduce fast.

    There are lots of species of mosquito, and yes, they are essential to the ecosystem. But very few species actually bite humans. Some studies have argued that not a lot would happen if you eliminated just those species.

      Wr ave already eliminated them from smaller areas. We know how to do it, someone. Just needs to do it world wide. If I had the money I’d start doing it already. Wouldn’t ask permission.

          You mean by releasing genetically modified mosquitoes to get them to mate with the native population and producing sterile offspring and killing them all within one generation? No im definitely down with them doing that again. All over the world.
