I was do certain that they were trying to hide everything that I painfully read the whole thing and nothing. Just bad design.

    Ya, but print 101, designers know contrast thresholds and how much they reduce as typeface goes smaller. Even if this was a junior, it’d never make it past final checks. Even then a lot of printers would reply back after opening the file, “Uh… You sure?”
