As I recall, it was years. Enough time that the orange moron and his handlers will fire them for “performance” reasons and they will (rightly) never see that bonus.
After doing contracting for years I don’t know why anyone would trust “signing bonuses” that aren’t paid out immediately. If you don’t have it paid immediately, there is no bonus. It’s the same as “contract-to-hire” after 6 months. You aren’t getting converted at 6 months. It’s a 6 month contract then you’re out. They’re just dangling a carrot barely out of reach
