Though I deleted all social media apps, blocked YT shorts and dont use stuff like TikTok, I still fall into attention traps from time to time and suddenly realize that I have spend 2 hours scrolling through a subredit (for example) full of post totally irrelevant to my life and will now be very late on my schedule.
Do you have any strategies to avoid such situations?

Uggh, I hate to say this because I have a love/hate relationship with it - time blocking with an alarm that’s not on your phone.
I use alarms on my phone for calendar stuff and med reminders - that sort of thing. But sometimes need a cheap tabletop timer to get me to do something else. Sort of a jarring context-switch.
I have multiple cheap kitchen timers - if I need a reminder for something around the house I’ll set a timer there, for example the washing machine because unlike the dryer, they don’t have a real alarm (seriously why? Clothes left in a washer get stinky, but not in the dryer. Yet the dryer buzzer will wake the dead).
