This ageist crap again. Accidents disproportional involve new/inexperienced drivers. Young drivers are necessarily new. For a fifth of multiple vehicle fatal accidents to involve any 10th of drivers would be almost expected.
Yes, but I’m okay restricting licenses to younger people. Might raise a new generation on public transport and bikes.
